What would be the difference between this and the webcasts already offered by both System iNetwork and COMMON? (There are probably others offering these as well.)

As a speaker, I have been involved in many of these. Either they are live streamed, and there's a chat for Q&A... or they are prerecorded, and I sit in chat purely to answer questions while the recording plays.

Isn't this what you're asking for? Or do you have further refinements?

If you waited a period of time after the session, you might be able to
get the speakers to do a live chat session while streaming the
recording, that way you wouldn't completely lose the 'give and take'.
