Yes respins, Kirk can break down what the -C and -10 are, looks like
revision C??  Is there a website that says how you can migrate systems based
on RSE levels.  From what I was told I had 3 options to choose from, I
choose the route that would take the least amount of time.  Intermixing
power hardware and hmc controlled/non hmc controlled systems seems to be a
mix'n'match currently on if it will work or not.
