Your users reported being "Kicked Off"

What are you seeing ?
What happens when you try and sign on ?
What happens when you try and sign on as a user ?
What happens when you sign on where your users are signing on ?
What does WRKACTJOB show ?
What is the status of subsystem QINTER ? QSYSWRK ? Your ethernet line ? etc etc.

I think a few more facts might help track down what is going on.
