Tom,

IIRC, in V6R1 there were some changes about the stopping and restarting of
TCP/IP interfaces. Check the "Memo to Users" for V6R1...

If I wait a couple of minutes and try 'R', it might fail with the same
"Another job is starting or ending TCP/IP or IP over SNA" message;
otherwise
it'll work.

Any ideas on what I should look for as getting the way of the web server
restart?
