The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Each day we recycle our http server. Since installing our new system (6.1),
we're having issues with the restart which we never saw with our old system;
here are some entries from the joblog:
Message . . . . : STARTING TCP SERVER

Message . . . . : 43200 - STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(IDOCKETA)

Message . . . . : TCP1A11 received by COPYFTP at 43200. (C D I R)
If I wait a couple of minutes and try 'R', it might fail with the same
"Another job is starting or ending TCP/IP or IP over SNA" message; otherwise
it'll work.
Any ideas on what I should look for as getting the way of the web server
restart?
