It is in the IFS, but it is encrypted and the direct copy doesn't work.

There must be some Export - import command, maibe "SAVSECDTA" and
"RSTUSRPRF"?
I have seen a *dcm option in the RSTUSRPRF, but I'm affraid to try it.
Does somebody have experience in the matter?
