Pete or Larry - Help Finding Thread on Skip Release Upgrades

Larry, Pete or Whoever,

There was a thread not that long ago about how you guys move a system from a
downlevel system to a new current OS system. I do that process myself but I
have a client wanting some more backup. The very short version of the
process is
Box comes in RISC to RISC
Leave LIC and QSYS alone
Restore the rest of the Save 21
Upgrade Using Current OS media
PTFs
Fix what ever is broke
I remember you both responding but I can't find that thread here on
Midrange... Can someone point me to that thread?
