The short answer is, unfortunately, no.  For testing purposes the files 
library can be changed.  I need to be able to retrieve the job's current 
files library, which may or may not be the default QS36F.

Wouldn't the current FLIB work as the job's CURLIB, in which case RTVJOBA
would suffice?
