We don't have this problem on our 6-core Power7 720 running partitions at
6.1 & 7.1. Has the machine serial number been the same since your Power6,
and you did an MES upgrade from a 520 to a 720, and not yet do the Code 20
from the CE?

I've called on both systems and been told it is a registration issue that
sales needs to handle. Come On IBM, these boxes both have 10-xxxxx serial
numbers ( built in the US ), shipped by IBM directly to the End User. I can
place Phone based HW and SW calls on both machines...
So IBM What's the problem? Anyone else having these issues? I'm the BP and
sure don't control IBM's ECS enablement Database...
