RE: PWS300D received by QSTRUP

On every type of system I have administered except system i, startup of
daemons is on a case-by-case basis, and each server startup is controlled by
the system's idea of whether the process is already running. Not so on
System i for some dumb reason.

For System i, I have used a combination of NETSTAT-like API (see
QtocLstNetCnn) (along with TCP status and other information) and individual
server startup commands to achieve similar control. It's quite a bit of
setup work, depending upon what/how many servers you actually use, but
potentially a worthwhile exercise. An advantage is that, done properly, the
logs will tell you which server(s) have problems.

I can setup an auto reply for this, but would rather try to figure out
why it is happening and correct it.
I did some research and did not find any information on this.
Once I do a Retry, the startup continues without any other problems.
