No, that is not true with this PTF MF99001. It is normally true, but
MF99001 is a special PTF which must be applied before additional PTFs can be
applied, and it will allow IBM to ship us future technology improvements
without having to have a point release (like 6.1 to 6.1.1).

I believe that if you set them all *delayed they will all apply in one IPL.
