The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

You don't. This was the technology Refresh enablement PTFs that I put out a
warning on 3 weeks ago. Once you have MF99001 on your system, you will be
required to IPL once before additional PTFs can be applied.

Subject: SI40493, MF99001, MF50702
As a general rule I go though the list of recommended ptf's at:
http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/slkbase.nsf/recommendedfixes
When I select "High Availability: Cluster, IASP, and XSM" I see a SI40493
and add that to my list.
When I select "ECS" I see a MF99001 and add that to my list.
When I get my list I download it all and try to apply it and SI40493 won't
apply because it wants MF50702. So I order that and try to load it and it
won't even load because MF99001 is not permanently applied. And MF99001
is a delayed ptf.
So how do I get these all applied without multiple IPLs?
