When I check the Line Description FSIOPETH1, I see the rescource name as
*NWSD

TCP/IP was not an integrated feature in the early days, but I can't
recall when that changed. V3R2 was a big release, with lots of new
features, so perhaps this is when TCP/IP became an OS feature.
