I have done a Save 21 and then replaced all the drives on this system with larger drives. I restored the LIC and then configured the drives (RAID5) started parity protection and then restored the operating system. At that point, I began a RESTORE 21 to restore the remaining data on the system. The RSTLIB failed which caused the RESTORE 21 to abort with the following:

1 libraries had security or integrity changes
210 libraries restored; 8 partially restored; 0 not restored.
CPF3779 received during RSTLIB command. (CG)
?C

The C response must have been an autoreply since I didn't (and wouldn't have) take that option.

Going through the job log, there really isn't anything fatal. A few configuration objects didn't restore (TAP01, PRT01, PRT02, etc) presumably because autoconfiguration recreated them. But nothing else out of the ordinary was in the job log.

Is the CPF error enough to cancel the whole shebang? Should I just proceed with the RSTDLO, RST and RSTAUT commands that the Backup and Recovery guide say are part of the RESTORE 21 option? I am kind of stumped here. I have never restored a system from a SAVE 21 before so this is new territory for me.

Pete
