We previously had SVN Server running on iSeries and moved
to Windows because it's 20x faster.
Could you clarify that? I would like to know if anyone has had SVN server running under PASE and using the Apache plug-in to serve SVN clients. I would think that type of configuration would perform well.
Of course, if you're hosting SVN on a Windows server and using an IBM i Netserver share for the repository, then all bets are off. That could be a real drag.
