Good point. The reason is this, if the operator fouled up and put in the
wrong daily tape (providing you DO use expiration dates on your tapes) we
can easily catch it when the INZTAP runs and says "Hark, there's an active
file here!". Our library saves are often in a loop and having every save
monitor for the active file on tape message confuses some people.
We do use a CHKTAP first to ensure that a tape has been loaded and made
ready. There's no CHECK parameter on CHKTAP like there is on INZTAP.
