One more 'unstoppable' function-- displaying an output queue that's
currently being restored.

There are several variations on this one-- usually trying to look at
something that another job has locked up.

I tried SYSREQ/2 to cancel the request-- and the system just smirked at
me, waited until the DFTWAIT time for my job expired, then reported the
object was busy.

This one can't be eliminated, but for an interactive session you can
relieve some of the tension if you CHGJOB DFTWAIT(5). This will let the
system decide that whatever you're trying to access is temporarily
unavailable a whole lot faster than the usual default (30/60 seconds).

This should NOT be done for all jobs-- many jobs will try to access an
object and will be able to do so during the default wait time for the
job. And the job will run successfully.

For a programmer's interactive session, the shorter wait time may speed
up your afternoon!
