The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Thanks, everybody. It was as I suspected (maybe not even as bad).
Personally, my first choice would be to use the authorization code
installer that comes with any of our products (i.e., WRKVIEWINF for
QuestView, WRKWINTINF for Wintouch), which provides that information.
But that doesn't exactly help those who don't have one of our products
installed. Although personally, I dunno why somebody would be calling us
for tech support if they didn't.
