The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Kirk,
Make sure the HMC can support 7.7.1 before upgrading. If you have a
-C03 you can't run 7.7.x on it.

Subject: Go to HMC 7.3.5 or 7.7.1
I need to upgrade an HMC at 7.3.0 SP3 to either 7.3.5 or 7.7.1 and wondering
what issues or gains there are go to one vs the other. Probably should go to
7.7.1 and just get current unless people are having problems. I'm going to
be doing this remotely so if anyone has had problems using the method of
downloading the images to the HMC's harddisk and doing the upgrade that way,
please let me know.
Thanks for any input
