You can install them together. I would hope you have the hipers as well,
but if not, start with what you have.

Do a GO PTF

Take option 8

Enter device (like OPT01)
Enter Y for IPL
Then change the 1 to a 2 so that it will prompt for the next set.

This will take a while, depending on what I_BASE_01 CD you had used, and it
will IPL after installing the PTFs. Just wait for the INZSYS to complete
after that IPL before you do any additional PTF work.

I'm at a customer site with a v5r3 to v5r4 upgrade.

All is well, but they got shipped two ptf packages.

(1) SF99540 (which is the current cume package)
(2) SF99504 (which is DB2 ? cume package)

The instructions are not clear on when to put which
on first or together.

Any ideas
