So the second tape is not an overflow tape? You're wanting it to save to
both tapes every night, and the Z* tape is to be a duplicate? That drive
just doesn't work that way. There are vendors who peddle such a beast but
I know not of them.
You might have to duptap. You do NOT want to duptap from the library to
the library. Even if it was supported it would have to constantly swap
tapes and it would make your head spin. The mechanical operation of
swapping tapes is very time consuming.

If you have enough disk you may want to run
(after your backup is complete)
duptap from MON to a virtual tape
duptap from the virtual tape to the Z* tape.
