Chris,
He needs to get into the Secondary partitions, going into DST on the
primary will not allow him to change any DST device in the secondary
partition. He could change the partition attributes, but nothing inside of
the partition.

If you dare, you can pop the primary partition console into DST while
the system is up and running. From there you signon as QSECOFR DST
profile and change the security setting to allow the change.

We looked for options under Work with Partitions on the Primary, but
didn't
see what looked like what we wanted. I will double check the login we
used
for SST on the primary to mark sure we were using QSECOFR.
