I may give that a try first. I never did a lot of LPAR on non-HMC, so I'm
doing a bit of scratching my head. I know want I want to do, just not always
able to find it.

If you dare, you can pop the primary partition console into DST while
the system is up and running. From there you signon as QSECOFR DST
profile and change the security setting to allow the change.
