The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We keep our files for BPCS in GDIDIVF. We used to have this decentralized
for each division and they each had ...DIVF libraries. Each division had
their own BPCSOUTQ output queue stored in their respective ...DIVF. So, I
would recommend you keep your MONTHEND in your file library.
Will this do anything for you? Probably not. Why? Because your file
library and QUSRSYS will probably both be in your library list. Modifying
all your code to check a workstation data area for the library and output
queue to use is costly to retrofit. So I question why you would create a
dummy device the same name as the output queue. Let me guess, Query/400
or SNDNETSPLF or some other command likes a device and not just an output
queue.
Either rename or delete the dummy device or move all the spool files from
QGPL/MONTHEND to QUSRSYS/MONTHEND and delete QGPL/MONTHEND.
