STRPFRCOL CYCCOL(*YES) resulting in CPFB94A Collector communications
error. Reason code 02.
02 - The QYPSPFRCOL collector job did not respond to the request.
The previous message in the joblog was unrelated.

This is in a modified startup program.

Happened 5.5 minutes after
Job 914486/QSYS/QYPSPFRCOL started on 01/22/10 at 14:41:21
The time was in between these two lines from the QYPSPFRCOL joblog
Job 914566/QTMHHTTP/QHTTP submitted to job queue QSYSNOMAX in library
QSYS.
Job 915407/QSYS/QYMEARCPMA submitted to job queue QSYSNOMAX in library
QSYS.
