sure they are all enabled.

- Enable the local console as a call-home server
- Internet tab. Allow an existing Internet connection for service. Test.
- Internet VPN tab. Allow a VPN and an existing Internet connection for
service. Test.
Service Management, Connectivity, Manage Customer Information. Fill all
tabs out.
Service Management, Connectivity, Manage Serviceable Event Notification.
Fill this out and you can test that it can email you.
