First, there isn't a problem.

The first set of columns is showing the level that is loaded on the FSP (the
340 level), the 2nd set of columns shows what you have loaded onto i5/OS. I
see this a lot when I do an OS upgrade or if they have had to replace an
FSP. Just order MH01155 for your i5/OS and perm apply this. Do a full IPL
(To be safe). Then order the correct PTF for 340_101 (MH01192) and temp
apply that. After a full IPL, both sides would then match. Where you will
have on the temp side 340_101 (and active if you have a T on your front
bezel), and on the Perm side will be 340_061 (if you have a P on your front
bezel, then this would be the one that would be loaded and activated).

Subject: Sorting out firmware levels for the 8204-E3A?? Software 320
hardware 340?

Had a false error this morning from the firmware according to IBM. They
recommended to download and apply the latest firmware MH01192, a disruptive
change.

Below it shows our OS firmware level different than the hardware firmware
but the hardware level is active.
Not only that they are different versions, one 320 the other 340!
Can anyone help on what needs to be done? How do I get the software level
the same as the hardware level
and do I need to come up to the 340_101 level? Any great instructions? The
IBM website has all sorts of different info all over the place.

Note after going through the wizard it says that no change is necessary.

This is what the firmware status says:
