Anything created in V5R1 or later should work in V6R1 - it should convert with no problem, AFAIK. This is an IBM issue and you should probably call their support to get this resolved.

It is not a configuration issue - at least, not for the message you listed. That has to do with converting a program for running under V6R1, and that is not a config thing.

here's the 2 objects i have:

the one in QEJBADV4 appears to be all V5R4...so that may be where the problem lies. any ideas on how to ensure that the one in QHTTPSVR is being used? i would assume that the QHTTPSVR version would be used...but sounds like a web server config issue but i have no clue where to start LOL

When I look at my 6.1 systems, I see that Service program in two libraries,
QIWE (websphere Application Server Express ) and QHTTPSVR (5761-DG1). The
one in QHTTPSVR says earliest release is 6.1, while the QIWE which is older
says earliest release it can run on is 5.1, and was created earlier. Both
say NO CONVERSION required, but the one in QIWE has all the creation data
but some of it is unobservable. Which is fine.

Are your like this?
