It's a security best practice to use multiple user profiles.

For example, i have a user profile LBE which i use for my daily work
on the system, like keying in the time i spent on which project. And
there's a profile ADMLBE which i use to administrate the system.

The same goes on for the Windows side - i have an account l.beeler
where i can't do much more than ready mail - and an account
adm-l.beeler where i have domain admin privileges.
