You have *SAVSAV, but you done have *USE on RSTOBJ.

Its the same as having *SECADM, but not having *USE on a user profile, you
can't change that user profile.

in my user profile, yet when I key RSTOBJ I get the response:

"Not authorized to command RSTOBJ in library *LIBL."

That seems contradictory to me. Am I missing something?
