I think these lower end units are supposed to be customer installable.
Granted, the documentation is unacceptable.
Is there enough markup for a BP to make a buck if they have to help
install them?
Problem: Customer wants them price comparable to a Windows server but as
i guys we're used to having an IBM CE come on site and set them up.
Solution: See that voucher slip in the paperwork? Could you have used
that for initial setup?
