I went to this website:

http://www-933.ibm.com/eserver/support/fixes/fixcentral/coermedia/coermedia

You would need to signon with your IBM ID and password.

My email says when they were shipped, no eta on date for delivery.

So, if you do it via USPS does it arrive in less than 15 hours?

When you order ptf's do you select REORDER(*NO)?

I have also had to order PTFs on CDs due to the slow response time of my
Internet connection. To download the cum and group PTFs I wanted would
have taken 15+ hours. In talking to the IBM Internet Support Team, I
received this reply:

"If you wish to order CDs I would recommend using the following link:
Select the order fixes on media link. This option will check that you
have a valid
maintenance agreement in place. Once your order is placed , you should
receive a note within 24 hours that your order has been shipped. _The
order is _ _
shipped using the USPS and no tracking is available, at this time._ "

I don't know if this is the same place you ordered your PTFs from, but I
have placed my order and hope to receive the PTFs in the mail soon.

an
IBM website perhaps?? I have an SDF order # and a COERNBR.
