Hi,

When I run Scott's program CRTIFSDIR, I get this error :

Elément syntaxique 20,0 n'est pas correct. Eléments possibles : <INTEGER>.

If I take out the DECIMAL fields, the function is created but the message SQL7909 says that it can't be registered and restored. I think it's referring to the external name not existing.

I can create it with the decimal fields in iNav, but stil get SQL7909.

CREATE FUNCTION IFSDIR(dirname VARCHAR(500))
RETURNS TABLE
(
filename varchar(640),

type varchar(10),
access_time timestamp,
modify_time timestamp,
change_time timestamp,

owner char(10),
group char(10)
)
EXTERNAL NAME "myfunctn"

LANGUAGE RPGLE

PARAMETER STYLE DB2SQL
NO SQL
NOT DETERMINISTIC
NO EXTERNAL ACTION
NOT FENCED
NO SCRATCHPAD
NO FINAL CALL
DISALLOW PARALLEL
CARDINALITY 1

Would be grateful for any help.
