The problem seems to impact just a few of the Japanese computers. We have
found a fix in
that v6r1 of the Client Access Code with 5.9 of the emulator fixes the
cursor problem.

Thanks to those that responed!

Hopefully someone can help :) After getting current on all fixes on our
system replacement. New V5R4 8203-E4A.

We are running into problems upgrading our Japanese users Client Access.
Terminal options as to fonts are limited and the cursor appears to be in a
strange location. Browsing the IBM website finds a Japanese fix pack for
5.8 of PC COMM under "Rational" but we are not entitled to the fix pack...

How is PC Comm under Rational, why are we not entitled, has anyone seen
the strange things Client Access emulation is doing with English support
on a dual English/ Japanese windows machine. We do get an error on
install saying the client and 400 code page do not match but it just has
an OK to click.... Googled it and found report of the problem, no solution
so far.

Thanks!

Konrad
