RCLACTGRP is the proper way for ILE. (But, unfortunately, there are a ton of people trying to kludge things by using default activation group for ILE or using QILE, which is scary to try to reclaim.)

RCLRSC is the best you can do in OPM... but it works well enough, again, provided nobody has gone and tried to force ILE to run in the default activation group.
