We are also having an issue involving calls to a program we don't have
any control over, and specifically with being able to forcibly
deactivate said program. We've experienced numerous situations in which
RCLRSC doesn't behave as advertised.
Is there a good way for a calling program to force the complete
deactivation of a called program?
