I have a customer who has all of their boxes at V5R4 at

Most of the code is compiled at V4R5 to run at V3R2
1 program gives the following error on a V6R1 box at
level 40 even though the pgm says it is observable.
For V6R1, is there a "compiled for" release that is too
early for either a program or module.
<ed> msg??????? F/VEXSIGEX x/000784 T/QCLCLCPR x/0256
Message . . . . : Program or module not convertible.
Cause . . . . . : The program or module object does not
contain the required information for it to be converted.
Conversion is required when the object is not in the
correct format for the current machine implementation, or
when the object requires hardware features not present on
the current machine.
The program or module affected is IMPFRMCD.
What type of program is the IMPFRMCD object; what compiler? Can
a DSPPGM output be obtained to review what the OS records about the
object? The actual message identifier for the error was omitted;
better for searching, non-translatable identifier as a specific
token rather than a bunch of text. In the joblog, was the above
message preceded by any other? Were there any VLIC logs for
around\before the date\time [04.22.09 10:59:18.2878] the error was
issued?
The F/pgm seemed odd to me, so searching only that token on the
web gives only two links [both related to Tivoli agent software but
the same issue] where VEXSIGEX was listed. From that I was able to
see that the error MCH42B5 shares the msg\cause text, so presumably
msgMCH42B5 is what I wanted in the above <edit>.
Perhaps the program binds a copy of the problematic agent code
with the issue, and the following links might identify origin &
resolution:
