Sounds like a CISC to RISC conversion issue for a program or module that isn't observable.

Subject: V6R1 Issue
I have a customer who has all of their boxes at V5R4 at level 40 security.
Most of the code is compiled at V4R5 to run at V3R2
1 program gives the following error on a V6R1 box at level 40 even though
the pgm says it is observable.
For V6R1, is there a "compiled for" release that is too early for either a
program or module.
