Odd. I wonder if there is a special ptf like the one for WRKJOB, option
14 Display open files to change the view of that? Or some environment
variable?
I did a DSPOBJD OBJ(QEZWRPRT) OBJTYPE(*PGM) DETAIL(*SERVICE)
and did not see a ptf associated with that.

I swear I'm not imagining things:
Work with Printer Output
System:
TEST
User . . . . . . C1162332 Name, *ALL, F4 for list
Type options below, then press Enter. To work with printers, press
F22.

7=Message
9=Work with printing status 10=Start printing 11=Restart

ALDPAGE Not assigned to printer (use Opt 10)
SR211RP Not assigned to printer (use Opt 10)
SR211R Not assigned to printer (use Opt 10)
SV034RP Not assigned to printer (use Opt 10)
SV034R Not assigned to printer (use Opt 10)

F1=Help F3=Exit F5=Refresh F6=Completed printer output
F11=Dates/pages/forms F20=Include system output F24=More keys
I'm doing a WRKSPLF, my default is to have assistance level =
*INTERMEDIATE. So an F21 to change it to basic and I see the above
screen.
Call stack shows:
Type Program Statement
QCMD QSYS /0512
QUICMENU QSYS /00C1
1 QUIMNDRV QSYS /060C
2 QUIMGFLW QSYS /04C8
3 QUICMD QSYS /048D
QEZWRPRT QSYS /019A
4 QUIMGFLW QSYS /03B4
QUIEXFMT QSYS /0099
QUIINMGR QSYS /05BB
QWSGET QSYS /0662
QT3REQIO QSYS /024A
So I don't think it's a custom program...

Tried it both ways. I don't see F6 either. When I press F6 anyway, I
get an error: Function key not allowed. I'm at V5R4.

I do a WRKSPLF ASTLVL(*BASIC)
and despite beating F24 I never have an F6. i 6.1
Rob:
Try it via CHGUSRPRF ASTLVL() rather than for the WRKSPLF command.
