× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

The amazing thing with all the zillions of free open source help desk
software available the people in another division actually wrote a new help
desk system from scratch and, of course, it doesn't have any of the
functions that good help desk software has. Just a shell of functionality.
Very bizarre world.
