Thank you. I had thought about that, but let it slip to the back of my mind. My mind became preoccupied with the AJAX code needed to intelligently populate and update the drop-down lists, which was a bit tricky.

I'm also not sure about "cost codes". Right now, project and work request records which may be sponsored by customers provide a cross-reference to a GL account. So recorded time can cross-reference to the GL that way. But I may have missed other things.
