That would be a problem for me as well, assuming I had v7 of the HMC
installed, because the HMC is not seeing the servers. The HMC panel that
would normally display my servers and its partitions simply shows an IP
address (10.0.0.254) and the Status of No Connection. That IP address is
not part of our network that I know of. It certainly wasn't either of my
partitions on the iSeries server.

In V7 of the HMC you select Systems Management, Servers, pick server, go
into it's properties, power on parameters and select the power on side.
