RE: Where is the Operations COnsole Port.

I don't see either. I'm assuming it's a Lan console. I'll try your suggestion.

Which cable do you have, 97H7557 or 39J5835? What types of tips do they
have? If it is all RJ45, start with T1 and work your way to T4 as
necessary. Good luck.

did, isn't readilly available.

I've been through all of this documentation. I must say it's HORRIBLE! !
! ! ! It doesn't specify which port. It specifically says "Locate the
Operations Console cable (97H7557 or 39J5835), and connect the
Operations Console cable to the corresponding connector on the adapter
that you tagged for console when you created the logical partition.".
Now, I don't have a logical partiton. I haven't even IPL'd the box yet,
because I'm not sure where to connect the console.
