1. When you ordered the system, what did you specify for your console?
2. The documentation that shipped with the system should specify the
console port
3. If you do not have item #2, you will see a card with a serial port
and a phone port, attach your serial console cable for a direct PC
attachment to your iSeries.
4. If you specified LAN console, try the first LAN port, My 520 has them
labeled as T5 and T6.

I've been through all of this documentation. I must say it's HORRIBLE! !
! ! ! It doesn't specify which port. It specifically says "Locate the
Operations Console cable (97H7557 or 39J5835), and connect the
Operations Console cable to the corresponding connector on the adapter
that you tagged for console when you created the logical partition.".
Now, I don't have a logical partiton. I haven't even IPL'd the box yet,
because I'm not sure where to connect the console.
