Without having compared it to any other package, it does what it's supposed to. Tech support is responsive and will work to solve any problem. Classroom training is in-depth as well.

Most important is that if the machine is ever up-sized in the future, they will hold out their hand wanting more money even though nothing in the EDI setup has changed.

3. If you can point me to any key web site forums or user groups or other materials related to helping our understanding of this product, with respect of Users and peer reviews.

I don't think there are any. They do have a knowledge base that's decent, but I believe it's accessible only by registered customers.
