As others have said, STRCPYSCN is a bit old time - I have used it more 
for recording keystrokes for documentation - long ago.

We as a software vendor use GotoMeeting - Citrix' offering. It is 
fantastic - nothing like seeing what the user actually is doing. There 
is a corporate rate that is very attractive per month.

There is also in Windows something called Remote Assistance - not sure 
if it'd help but is part of Windoes somehow..
