git: can't find the terminal type xterm in the terminfo database.
It looks like git is looking for the terminfo database in the /opt/freeware/ directory tree. I think it will work if you create this symlink:
ln -s /QOpenSys/usr/share/lib/terminfo /opt/freeware/share/terminfo
