What I do know of the project is that the menus need to be
soft coded.
They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. So I'll post a screen shot of a menu and a set of programs launched from a menu. The first program soft-codes application definitions. The second soft-codes menu item definitions. The third sets user authority.

Work areas, menus, sub-menus, menu items, library lists, application definitions, data entry forms, help text, user authority, and other elements are all soft-coded.
The programs are written in RPG and the user interface is HTML.
