Can you please clarify what you mean when you say it "works" or "doesn't work"? Do you mean that it fails to pause? Or that the whole command fails entirely?

When using:
STRPCCMD PCCMD('rundll32 url,FileProtocolHandler http://www.cnn.com')
it works.

What am I missing to understand ?
