So then I decided I would just upgrade their IA to V5R4 (many of us
running it already just fine). All went fine but still have the same
problem; "cwbtfxla.xll is not a valid add-in". I uninstalled just the
add-in from IA, made sure there was NO cwbtfxla.xll file on the PC, then
reinstalled that piece (via Selected Setup) but still have the problem.
